Address Books

Depending on how your site is set up, you may have access to a global address book, a personal address book, or both.

To access your address books, click My Account then select Address Book.

Personal Address Book

If your site has individual logins and passwords, you will also have a personal address book where you can set up contact information and preferences that you can use when adding a recipient to a DocStore order. You can create, edit, delete, search, and sort the contacts in your personal address book.

To sort the entries in your address book, click a column heading. Click again to reverse the sort order for the selected column heading.

The information stored in each entry includes:

  • Contact information (first name, last name, e-mail address)
  • Preferred delivery method and shipping priority (if needed)
  • Primary address and secondary address, with an option to choose which is active
  • Preferred FedEx Kinko's store location

Global Address Book

If your site has a global address book, you can view entries and add recipients to your order from the global address book, but you can not edit it unless your account has specific permissions to do so.

The format and information stored in the global address book is the same as that contained in personal address book entries and is searchable by first name, last name or e-mail address.
